Daughters of Yah Ministry is more than just a community. We exist to create a space for women of all backgrounds to be developed in their identity as daughters of Yahweh. We understand the challenges that come with this faith journey and together we build and grow through Christ, fostering a supportive environment where women can flourish.”
About DOY
Daughters of Yah Ministry was birthed in March of 2023 when five young women, (some of who were strangers to one another) residing in various states were awaken around 5am. Each woman individually felt that they were woken up by the Holy Spirit and were led to move forward with a fast. One by one, the ladies reached out to one another to share what they were experiencing, soon realizing that there was an alignment and God had called them for such a time as this. Daily face time calls between the five ladies where they would pray, have bible study, and fellowship, quickly turned into zoom calls where each young woman would invite a friend. Additionally, at least once a month, we started to gather (in our respective states) to do public outreach in our communities, as well as schedule group outings. What started out as five young women on a face time call is continuously and prayerfully growing every day.
